Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. Please note we can only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

The cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at mail@strangefacemasks.com explaining the issue. If possible please include photographs of the item and the damage so that we can assess what the best option is.

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we will offer a refund or a replacement provided the problem is reported to us within six months of purchase.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if your item was damaged by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse or misuse.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and the item returned to us we will refund the cost of the item (including the original shipping charge, not including any import charges or customs duties) to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 14 business days have passed since your item was returned to us, please contact us at mail@strangefacemasks.com.

This returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
